There service is very bad . It is a service center for motorola headset and beetel telephone. I send them a motorola headset from Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) for replacement . They said to replace it within 15-20 days . After 20 days passed away then i called them after waiting for 17 minutes they picked up my call and said to wait for more 15 day . Again on 35th day i called them then again they said to wait for one more week .I lost my mind and i speak louder to the executive and asked to transfer the call to their senior . Then the senior promised me to deliver it within that week.I also send 7 mails but always received the same cut copy paste vaala reply . Buy the way I received it on the 38th day. My experience is pathetic. I don't know why a big brand like @motorola gave them contract for their services.
