★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprehensive paperwork for home loan, but nothing that can't be managed easily, and not to mention, guaranteed best interest rates. Nominal processing fee, no hidden charges, transparent policies throughout the tenure, peace of mind in long term. Staff is responsive and helpful. That babugiri stuff is thing of past. Mutual respect and a good customer service is the one everybody looks for, and these guys seem to understand that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I opened a home loan account at RACPC Gurgaon because I have had a very good experience with my previous home loan account out of RACPC Kolkata. My experience at this branch has been abysmal so far. I have observed that some staff members seem to have an attitude problem. They are uncooperative and have zero empathy for the customers. They started my account without actually activating automated deduction from my account for EMIs. How can a creditor miss such a key step? For the EMIs missed on account of an error by SBI staff, the interest is borne by the customer. They take ages to provide documents you will request for. They belittle senior citizens, talk rudely to customers and have shouting matches inside the premises. I have seen more frustrated customers than customers walking out with a smile. Their interest rates are lower than pvt lenders and sale process is very swift but any after sale service you may want will be poor (only from my exp @ RACPC Gurgaon branch). Clearly there is no visibility at leadership level of the branch or lack of accountability. Not an experience that I signed up for unfortunately

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RACPC has moved to SBI Academy in Sector 18 since August 2021. Please don't visit at this address. Call them and they'll confirm it's now in SBI Academy campus. I have suggested edit to Google Maps but is not getting accepted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure about the address but I visited RACPC SBI near passport office and a very wonderful experience. Professional attitude of the staff and timely got attended with all the pre-requisites completed. Better than most of the private players in the field. Way to go SBI :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not their current address anymore. The branch has been moved to SBI Academy Campus, Sector 18, infront of LIC office. Bank need to put a notice board on old address of shifting to this new location, so that people don't have to suffer, as Google maps still showing old address.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lot of people adviced me not to change my loan from a private bank to SBI.
I still went ahead after speaking to SBI executives who lied to me on every front.
From a CIBIL score of 850 points I have come down to 726. This is after gross negligence and complacency in their home loan department who put undue charges on my account and only removed them after they were reported to CIBIL as over due.
After accepting their mistake, their AGM had guts to say ki sir thode din ruk jaao apne aap theek ho jaayega.
This is the condition of India's largest bank.
After numerous emails and requests to correct my CIBIL, they have stopped picking up my calls and responding to emails.
Highly advice never to approach SBI for home loan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If anyone wants to see true reflection of govt office, RACPC Gurgaon is the perfect place. People are habitual of talk and talk only. I went over there for Education loan for my son. For that I need to visit this place multiple times, spended hours in each visit. While waiting over there I observed their working style. Every one is trying to become master (Gyani baba). Every one is trying to teach others, showing a great team work. While the fact is individual every one is weak in their own task. In toto all these people talk alot and do nothing. Lots of gossip, jock cracking, family talk, you will feel like your are sitting on chaupal. They don't value the customer time. Even I call them multiple time (Mr. Pankaj Kumar, Asstt. Manager, Ms. Pallavi Chhabra - Chief Manager (Sanction)), but they simply don't pick the call. Wrote multipal emails but not response. Ultimately you need to visit over there and spend lots of hours. Every time there are some defined excuses, like server is not working, computer is not working, person on leave, system issue, too much work load. etc..etc. Atlast I need to communicate them that it was my fault to choose SBI. Its pathetic service. These people don't have attitude to work.
