★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its good company. I have given the first round of interview on 8-03-2017 (women's day). The panel was great and asked me good questions. Once I finish they told me wait for next round and went to inform HR. After 10 mins they came and told me today women's day so all are busy with women's day enents and told me be ready we will inform you for next round. I didn't get any response, am waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had very bad experience during incampus placement . After writing an easy aptitude (round 1) 60 out of 300 students were selected randomly , to be precise they did not even check everyone's test paper , this is so unprofessional and unexpected

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It came to my college. Ask us to write exam,hence we all attended. They didn't even checked the entire people's paper. They only checked the first 60 people and called them only. And announced that rest all didn't get the cut off. Hence we challenged the officer from the company and turns out our Mark was 36/40.they let us sit in the GD but then rejected us(biased selection). Even though my roommate got selected in GD. He waited till 9:00 pm for interview, and when he entered they refuse to take his interview and told him "sorry,we already have selected the required number of people. So no point of taking your interview" but hey best of luck for future. #company_with_no_ethics

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here for a walk in initial round was a test which comprises of aptitude logical and basics of C programming. Then there was a GD which went well after that there was technical round in which they asked me about DBMS basics of SQL and some things about my recent projects. After that they told me to wait for an hour then they called me for HR and asked me about personal questions like where do I stay and after that they explained about the company and said there will be a training for 3 months then there will be a test if you pass in that test you will become permanent employee. And they will be stipend given in the training period. I was happy hearing all these and they said they will send a mail. But after that I went to ask they said we will send a mail if yoy are selected because still we need to shortlist the candidates as they were more than 500. Literally I felt very bad realising that I am not selected..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bristlecone's office at Bangalore has been recently rebuilt. The new office has all the new facilities and looks very good. It's a nice spacious place located in a RMZ business park. The work culture and everything in this office is very good. HR policy is one of the best given the benefit it enjoys being a part of Mahindra group.
