Who are looking or expecting a higher salary don't apply to this company. They were simply tell "this is unfair, you can't expect that much salary". Even they will not allow you schedule your interview.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pay is good. But be careful about projects. If you get out from the project, there is no alternative for you specially with cyber security projects. Well maintaining and good care about employees. Only the thing problematic is Client project rolled outs or clashes. If that happened infinite simply say bye bye to you.
