★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here a couple of times. The guest houses are quite amazing and they offer a beautiful view of the bay. The location is also brilliant as the guest houses are right on the beach. By sea you can reach in 1 he and by road it takes about 4 hours but the effort is worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My own private Madwa. I have been visiting Mandwa since 1970. I have virtually grown up here. I can never get enough of it. Lately it has lost is solitude. The beach has become dirtier and crowded. But waking up in the mornings is a surreal experience. The best kept secret is that the beach is gorgeous in heavy rains
