Clean busses.
AC boats are also good.
Comparatively costly than Ajanta Bus Services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice service between gateway of India and mandwa, I would love to bring in one change, if the connecting bus could be comfortable enough , I mean the seating could be improved, as of now it's look like a school bus

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really bad experience while travelling from Mandwa jetty (Alibaug) to Gate Way of India...Some of the reasons listed below:
1) Staff inside the PNP were very rude & I'll mannered
2) ACs are installed only at few locations inside the ferry & therefore it's very hot inside ... would definately avoid going by PNP next time.
3) Exit at Gateway was not at all properly managed...lots of miscommunication between PNP staff causing trouble to customers.
