β β β β β We visited this place to celebrate New year. We were 6 families with 12 adults and 12 kids and booked 7 rooms for 4 days. Owner were very friendly and kept asking how's the food and service. Bfast, lunch, snacks and dinner were served hot and it was amazingly tasty. We had chicken, prawns, surmai, pomfret, mutton, kheema, egg (sorry I am meat lovers) and vegetarians also had good options and food was fingerlicking tasty. Rooms were well Maintained and clean. Property is nicely kept. I must say I had attended one of the best 31st parties , nice snacks, good food options and most importantly amazing dj and music system.

β β β β β Nice and peaceful place if one wish to take a break from city life. Food provided veg/Non veg is very good. Near from Mandwa jetty. Kihim beach is approx 11 km away from the farm house. We were a group of 8 persons and enjoyed fully. Plan for 2 days stay here that will be worth a experience ....Would love to visit again here to experience peace and food quality.

β β β β β We went there as a group of 5 families. The place is located around 2km from mandwa jetty. It is a very well maintained, cosy and quiet place. Kids enjoyed the play area and running after the ducks. While the elders indulged in some fun volleyball and badminton. The cottages are very clean and we'll maintained. There are hammocks all around for you to enjoy a nice afternoon nap. The highlight was the awesome flavourful food prepared by village lady chefs. We enjoyed every moment of this weekend trip. Tip: do take the ferry route from gateway.

Stayed for 2 nights in last week.
-Location from Mandwa Jetty to farm is just hardly 2km. Free pick up & drop up is provided.
-Place is beautiful and peaceful & greenery everywhere. Very very refreshing. Play area is available. Ducks are center attraction of farm.
-food is just awesome..veg & non-veg both with varieties. Tasty and homely.
-Rooms are precious, very clean & decorated decently with all amenities.
-staff is friendly and attend you for any need.
-Overall satisfied with stay and enjoyed. Worth and value for money. Owner Mrs Patil personally attends guests and co-operative. She even ask you what you would prefer in meal. Lovely experience.

β β β β β We came here for our Company outing . We selected the place over typical hotel and it was best decision. The food is prepared fresh and amazing taste. The owner herself prepares food to perfection. The farm has lovely rooms with massive garden, kids play area. The place is cool even in noon times due to trees planted on property. A must visit place.

β β β β β We were 7 of us in the family including senior citizens. We had an amazing time, the food was freshly cooked, super delicious, a perfect blend of taste to the palate, they provide both veg and nonveg food. They also take care of the choices of food and if senior citizens need less spicy it's taken care of.
The rooms, cottages, and tents are incredible with washroom, AC, fans TV, it's neat, clean and hygienic. Every room, tents are decorated with so much detailing like even the smallest of things, very well planned.
The place is very beautiful. It has lush green gardens with several beautiful flowers around. A perfect place to stay in nature away from city chores.
The staff and service are commendable. The owner Mrs. Anjana Patil she approaches guests personally and keeps check that we get the best food and service and we had amazing tea made by her, hats off to her to take care of guests & to give so much detailing service.
The placealso has a small shelf with a beautiful collection of books, so avid readers will have the best time reading books.
It has play area of volleyball, one can play badminton, cricket, carrom and have the best of time with family.
It has cycles and so had the best time cycling the area.
The best attraction was cute ducklings running around the area.
They provide pickup and drop service from the ferry, the place is 2km from the ferry.
I highly recommend it and it's the best stay ever, memorable trip. I give 5/5 ratings to this place.

β β β β β Visited after a very long time. Ambiance is good. Though this place is not nearby to the beach but really calm and quite place. Lush green Ambiance adds to the joy of stay. Rooms are very good. Facing the rooms are really remarkable. Food was also good. Overall enjoyed the stay.
