★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse than a govt office in terms of work even though they have excellent infrastructure and resources. These lazy and incompetent people work like a sarkari babu and may need some under the table, you know what, to process faster. Your work will be done without any bribe but then it will require you to visit office multiple times unnecessarily. The work they could do the same day will take may be a week or two coz you will need to visit the office every alternate day.
Strict supervision is required so that people (customers) do not suffer due to staff's incompetency to resolve issues within their organization and systems.
Deserve 0 star.
