★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The power supply in sultanpur colony near gurudwara is very less .The supply is cut for 10-12 hours a day and form last 2 days i.e 31 may 2019 1 June 2019 the power supply is not form more than 12 hours per day and today 2 June at 7:00 a.m the supply was cut and now it's 10:45 p.m there is no supply and at 6:30 it came for 1/2 hours please try to improve the quantity for supply its Delhi the capital of India

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are facing no current supply from past 3-4 weeks today i vistied this so jaunapur complaint office and they all are sitting in front of cooler and spending galla time and here in our home we are burning and cooked like steaks, when i asked them regarding this issue they told me that they are facing some fault in the line and they found the fault told you will have current, but no use they did the same thing today. Please who ever read this post please contact me we can go their office together

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never seen such carelessness. It's not just the natter of a day it's a matter of everyday. There's always a problem in Ayanagar only while all the other places have non stop electricity. You people make this place a living hell so that the ministers of this stupid area have all night electricity and all the people can sleep without fans, forget AC's or coolers. If it had been upto me, I wouldn't even give a single star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Power cut for 12-18 hours from past one week. After making a complaint at BSES customer care, they said power breakdown in the area. But it has been everyday issue. No one is helpful, no solution. They register our complaint and close it on their own without our consent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There’s a major power cut issue in this area. We face 2-3 hours of power cut everyday and once the power is back on, it lasts for barely a hour or two. Upon calling the service centre, we get the same response every time and everyday, that is, “we understand your problem, the power will be back in 2 hours.” There is always some “major fault” in the area that hasn’t been resolved in years. These people are careless and are only enjoying the perks of having control.
The whole staff needs to be cleansed. It’s pathetic.
