★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place! I went all over to Santacruz from Goregaon to port my Jio to Bsnl, they processed it after the UPC expiry date. Also the customer service here is frustrating and unfriendly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a good service center but little poor service .bsnl is bharat sanchar nigham limited is one of best now for those who other customers of airtel , vodafone, idea offering validity service of Rs 35 per month, instead of this bsnl also offer this but it take Rs 35 for 6 month validity instead of 1 month it give 6 month validity so many customer of other services are ready to join bsnl i also and i given info to my friend's also about bsnl offer i known by my friend only

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad luck for me to reach Mumbai with a BSNL connection.
I am using since 2004 With Bsnl. But the network coverage and service in Mumbai region is too bad.
It’s quite disappointing and I fed up with these.
As it’s postpaid and have pair number with these I am not able to quit it.
Now I understood why the No#1 company get self destroyed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is kind of difficult to reach and find, look out for BSNL entrance board on main road, and just beside the entrance (once you enter) you will find the service centre.
They DO provide new sim even for MUMBAI location.
Also other services are done here as well.
