★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I WOULD GIVE LESS THAN 1 STAR IF I COULD. But you cannot so I will say that Vodafone fraudulently bills customers and overcharges unsuspecting customers each month. CHECK YOUR BILLS. SEE HOW MANY FRAUDULENT CHARGES ARE ON YOUR BILL. Thats why so many have switched to JIO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vodafone never resolve any issue. Voda have charged two months bill, where are i have paid my last bill. I wonder till date my issue is not resolved. I was bound to pay the faulty bill raised by Voda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited this store to convert my number to prepaid. They informed that on same plan plus the 100 rs discount you were getting on the current plan will be applicable. When I got my bill, I have been charged full amount. On top of it, they have dropped my brand new phone down. Luckily, I had put a good quality screen glass, which broke and the staff never informed me until I took my phone back. In addition, they were supposed to resolve my caller tune problem, which is not done yet. DO NOT USE VI. They are the worst service provider in today's world.
