★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very calm place and Govt building. Canteen's food available with the reasonable price. Inside parking is not allowed for outside people. The staff is very polite and respectful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd. A Govt. Telecom service provider. The office outer is beautifully mantained. Handles the complaints of Land line phones as well as their other mobile services. Office staff are not rude and rough as earlier. At least they consider you as their customer.

Very Pathetic working conditions
Gloomy atmosphere .Bad lighting
No drinking water facilties for customers
Very ill maintained dirty Smelly wash rooms
This is an independant building housing government office offering telephone & telecommunication services an important centre for telephone mobile services known as Dolphin with landline as well as broadband Services.
Most Unorganised , inefficient and chaotic department and very rude could'nt care a damn attitude of the Staff.
No Concern for their Customers
Or efficient Services available for customers
Their Mobile Service Dolphin is Outdated and Obsolete technology and most of the Customers are Frustrated and have disconnected their services for extremely Poor Network call drops and high bills
where a customer has no choice to complain but still has to pay up to avoid disconnection or notices
No one cares from their management side to any customer grieviences or complaints and no one even responds to Customers Complaints on Emails
Regret to mention but this is my own personal experience and observation
Not sure about wheel chair arrangements or any other facilty

There are lot of tapri serving Awesome hot food all throughout the day. You get variety of good stuff from south Indian to North Indian food. All made live
