★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have paid my bill for 2 months, reached out to the right person at chembur union park to allow out going calls from my line... Went to union pk off... Was told at it would be taken care off. Asked the officer's name, she did not let her name out. As if my concern was not resolved, I could call there, address her with her name with my concern.... She refused to let out her name.. And the other officers were silent. My concern is not resolved....the telephone line in union pk off 25211300 is ringing but no one is receiving the call , it is 2.31 pm now. I am disappointed.. Pls resolve my concern

Have seen senior citizens making multiple rounds to this place to solve one problem which is improper billing by MTNL to clients. Sad that there is no senior official taking responsibility to resolve issues and things are left to junior staff to face the customer who have no clue or power to help resolve matters. Pains to see tax payer's money going down the drain. Hope the powers be at MTNL WAKE UP
