★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst staff.. office timing is 10am-6pm but they report office at 10:45am, for port out process they takes more than 15days.. even the staff don't have basic ideas about port out process.. they don't deserve even single star rating..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The head office of Maharashtra and Goa is set in an expanse of land that's very well maintained! Entering it you feel you have entered an oasis of green! As if you are not in Mumbai! The only bad part is the mullah that runs through which the MCGM does not keep clean!
There is a Customer Service Centre right at the gate from where you can get your BSNL sims etc
There is even a community centre for the staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BSNL THERE ARE WORKING WOMEN IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY BECAUSE WHEN FIRST TIME VIST THERE FOR MY SIM CARD PROTING THAT TIME SAYING I AM NOT PORT. SIM BY USEING VOTER ID I HAVE NEED AADHARA TO POST AFTER SOMETIME WITH AADHAR I AM VIST THAN SAYING I HAVE MORE WORK FOR TODAY SO YOU CAN COME TOMORROW
