Advisors just concentrate on recommending unnecessary works, and they can't even pin point real problems in your bike... There is Lack of professionalism and they really don't care for customer's time. I won't be visiting this place in future and won't even recommend this place to any one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For sales CG bajaj is good! But in case u need to service 400 cc or 250cc bike expecting a premium service just like the bike, then go elsewhere but not their service centre. No SOP followed, customer lounge is filthy, billing is jacked up, staff is decent but untrained. Being harsh but honest!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very pathetic service by Bajaj, not recommended at all. instead find some other location's bajaj service Centre.
I admitted my pusar 180 at CG bajaj for engine knocking & tapet sound. the mechanic recommended me to replace almost half of the engine parts includes block piston, valves, timing chain assembly & even after replacing all these parts the issue doesn't resolve.

This is the way they are applying teflon coating without washing neat and clean bike they applying coating.
Waste of money.
Service is not on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, don't value customers time. technicians are also lazy. genuinely very bad service. Not recommended at all. Pulsar 220 fairing fitting took 6 hrs. Even though reached and gave bike on morning 10Am. Technicians are also not trained to work. No one is on there place Every one is hounding here and there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's so disappointing to find that, even after having serviced at numerous places of bajaj services (ghatkopar, Andheri & now at panvel) just for the sake of having let go of the bike.
They serviced and told me false information about my brakes, despite repeatedly requesting em to check it since it's been 4th services and hasn't been changed yet.
All of the service centers said it's very fine working. Now just for the sake of continuous noise coming while braking I had to open it up at local mechanic.
Senior management system must cater to these kind false hope giving employees.
It's eventually gonna end up leading to demise of bajaj service centers. Like it usually do, evey time I went to the same service center the 2nd time. The centre itself was sold out to someone else.
Hoping management would deploy educated technicians at the centre, along with checking of their honesty and integrity while hiring itself, might give a lil more satisfactory results from your customers end.
