Periodic updates about availability & shipping of my bike were shared with me. Staff is very polite & friendly, especially Mr Pravin, who guided us throughout the process.

Pravin sir showroom manager was very kind and helpful , service of showroom staff was good they explained all features of vehicle very well. 1) Staff is helpful and provide full information about bike... There are sell include Husqvarna and ktm.
2) Service :- I didn't service bike..
3) Space available for bike in showroom is well maintained and for service...there is little small area but is perfectly maintained.
4) About Bajaj Finance :- they would try there best to offer you lowest % for your EMI..
5) There are exchange on bikes.
6) AND last.. ( it's personal opinion - Ktm Should Have Some Offer run That can Convenience people to buy there bikes more )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a 2022 KTM 390 Adventure from KTM Panvel. Right from the booking process to the delivery the experience was a pleasant one. Both the owner (Mr. Mohit) and showroom manager (Mr. Pravin) were really helpful in the entire process of purchase.
My experience with the service team has also been excellent so far.
On the day of delivery I got an aftermarket footpegs, 47 Teeth Rear Sprocket, Headlight protector and Side Stand extender installed and the service was quick.
My first service experience was also great, with engine oil and oil filter replaced, bike washed and cleaned, all parameters were checked and the bill clearly explained. The entire process took only about 2 hrs. I would like to thank the service advisor (Deepak), Mechanic Dilshad, Parts Manager (Vijay), Service Manager (Faiz I think) and the entire service team for their wonderful support so far. Looking forward similar experiences in the future.
