★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to showroom today....i have a 9 years old pulsar 150..thought to buy ct 100 for commuting..the staff person at counter is least concerned about the people..i asked to give me a quotation of bike?these people are so lazy to give me a written quote on paper..and didnt asked customer to sit..hehe..anyway the price was very much around 3000 more than what i am getting at my home's unauthorised bajaj dealer..moreover the customer care bajaj finance said the price to be around 46k and the price was 49...looting people...stay away from this dealer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi I purchased my bajaj Dominar 400 from here and it was a good experience.
1. Start from the test ride experience, showroom staff Neel was very much trained to explain the features of dominar. He gave the keys for a ride and let me experience the bike without any barriers. I drove the bike with wife on pillion seat tested it on all traffic condition as well as highway ride. Felt the bike good and made my mind for owning it.
2. Mr. Manish who is the manager there was very helpful in terms of understanding and resolving my issues with pricing , bike delivery and rto process and he ensured to take the onus of the every aspect to have me all the peace of mind and a good after sales experience.
One thing where they can improve is the instore experience. I felt the showroom has little space constraints. And they can improve on the cleanliness and interior seating arrangement for customers and staff.
