The experience which I got from Panvel HM motor was very poor and pathetical. The Bike was good and no doubt for it, However I'd like to talk about customer experience.
Dealer (Siddharth) did try to making more money from me for different colour even though there is no cost difference officially for different colour, The tone he was talking like he he doesn't care about any customer, He dont even know how to talk and how to deal with customer,
Initially before paying they were like talking very politely but when the time arrives to deliver the bike there was a huge misbehaving communications.
I was asked to come and pick up bike on a particular day and time but there was no one give a brief about bike and celebrate.
I Will never ever recommend anyone to purchase anything from Panvel HM motor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ According to me in place like Navi Mumbai service center needs more mechanics as well service stations for bike, because it took me almost 5 hrs to get my bike service done where in Kolhapur it took only 1 hr to get my bike's service done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ H.M.Motors is a very good dealer and service too. Mr. Inaamdar is a very good General Manager here for service. He will listen to you carefully and action on it immediately. He is a very friendly person and nice human being. You should definitely go for Hero bikes and support under Mr. Inaamdar.
