★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I get back my scooter after 1st free service. Head light found not glowing. However, earlier it was ok. Before handing over the scooter Sarayu Honda workshop should see & check each & everything before delivery. It shows Negligence of work .

My Unicorn had a Rectifier issue. Went to this showroom to get the issue resolved, they just charged my bike's battery (which didn't even lasted 2 days). When asked whether they had checked the Rectifier & Alternating Coil, they said they have checked both parts and that there is no defect in them. However, just two days later, faced the same earlier battery drain issue. When checked from a Private Mechanic, it was found that the Rectifier was defective.
As per my experience, here, in this showroom, they will just try mint money from your pockets & influence you to get their Annual Servicing Plans (if you don't have one with them) by narrating you their servicing scheme in fancy words.
I don't recommend this Service Center if you care for your vehicle, money and most importantly Time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lathergic attitude no bill nothing. These guys just want to charge you for everything. In a new scooter first service they asked me to get my seat lock changed since it not working. I had asked them that it was same from the day scooter got delivered to me. None listened and finally had to get it repaired by paying the amount. No warranty on the scooter even if its a manufacturing defect. Spoiling the name of a Japanese brand with substandard service. Soon from market leader to second in position might be the fate of Honda Activa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They'll squeeze every bit of money from you. Had an issue with brakes, they did complete service and gave me the bill of 5000k, all useless stuff i didn't ask for.
Next day my front brake got locked and refused to move. Called the service centre.(mind you this happened the very next day after i brought bike back from there), guy came, did inspection and said there's some replacement required, will cost me another 3.5k.
I said no, got the job done from local garage for guess how much, 350
The brake lever was the issue, the service centre were going to replace everything. They're horrible. They don't care one bit. Big avoid. You're better off taking care of your bike on your own than to let these people decide what shall be done.
