They are just showing like proper procedure n all. But they won't solve any issue regarding ur bike or scotty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales team utter unprofessional , they act like working in government office.
If one staff is not available then other can't do the work they will wait for them to come even if they are not medical leave.
I have booked the bike on 5th March 2022, so far they not did any work , same worked with banker to get things shorts.
Geetanjali from sales attended me ,not at all professionals.
I will recommend go with other dealers. They committed me that bike will be delivered by Friday but considering there professionalism i doubt they will deliver on time.
I find Pawan sales manager is bit professional it's hard to approch him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware if you visit for servicing. service executive might fool you or trap you in unworthy schemes or might push you to do extra which is not required for your vehicle. TAKE DECISION WISELY AND BE ACTIVE WHILE YOU DEALING WITH SERVICE EXECUTIVE.
Although showroom is very good. Got received very kind gesture while I visited.
