★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely ridiculous. Worst customer service I have ever come across(Malleshwaram branch). No regards for customer time. They publicise and promise of customised jewellery. When approached, they first lure you in to add diamonds to the said customised jewels, when you decide not to, they start to compel their own ideas. I wonder if they do understand the meaning of customisation. I would sincerely not recommend this store and will surely not be making any purchases from them in the future.

I just walked out of the store as I was not happy to share my personal number into their so called “welcome tab”

He has taken care of the interact with us on a variety of channels such as phone, email and ensure that all valid customer concerns are being dealt with immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambience: Comfortable seating, with soft music in the background. Have a restroom nearby. Ambient lighting, and pleasent smell inside the store.
Product: They have a good range of jewelry ranging from rings, neck pieces, earrings and many more.
Staff: Courteous and engaging. They listen patiently to what the customer requires and they take 40 days to make a customisable product. The ladies here wear a dark red sari.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went shopping there yesterday and had a really bad experience. I asked the store staff to show me three designs from the overall selection and he showed only 1 and said the others are the same (one was square one was circle and one was start shaped so clearly not the same). Then the whole time he was on the phone. When I asked the price of the item , the tag said 4799 and he while still on the phone mentioned 7500 and went back to the conversation. I walked out then and found a bigger jeweler nearby with courteous staff and made my purchase there .

Designs are so unique that its worth the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was initially a bad experience of wrong estimates for to-be made jewellery but the next visit was compensated by their heartfelt apologies and a very well-designed piece of jewellery crafted by their able designer. They have a lovely collection. Can be little expensive but worth the price due to their exquisite designs and fantastic products. The diamond cross is their work. It has 23 diamonds of varied sizes. To arrive at the design required great craftsmanship and an eye for detail. It is a job well done.
