★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst consultation experience we ever had..either they don't know abt any process or they don't bothered about one's visa status once they got their fee.
My US visa got rejected just due to their irresponsible behavior..they filled our incorrect details in DS160 form ,even though asked them to correct them they haven't done the changes n in embassy,they caught the same conflict in form.
Another one is Australian visa..i recieved it when my travel dates has already passed, they haven't done any follow up or make any efforts.
I use to call them 2-3 times on daily basis n never get any timely response.
I regret I consulted them, owner sits somewhere in Canada n staff manages most of the stuff which is good for nothing.
It's better to do the things on own instead of consult them.
Suggestion to owner- kindly do not take someone Visa process for granted, if you are charging them you need to be accountable and you should talk to them on how things are going.
