★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely my favorite place for breakfast. Amazing spread with options of alacarte orders from the live counter... You just can't go wrong with Cafe Swiss. The service is amazing and the guys are ready go the distance to satisfy your taste buds to whatever extent. Special mention of Chef Avick Chakraborty who made the experience all the more amazing with his breakfast specials. I love the outside open air seating which very few restaurants have which a treat for winter mornings.A must visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing food and hospitality. Great selection at the live counter and buffet. They also have a chef's daily special during breakfast.. it was Malabar chicken and prawn curry the day I was here. I also had a la carte lunch and dinner, the portions are on the smaller side, so the buffet is a lot better in terms of value for money. Needlessughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an absolutely delightful lunch today. The salad buffet was a brilliant spread. Feasted on smoked salmon and octopus! The focaccia was beautiful, as were the tacos. I totally loved the salad nicoise and frito mistro is yummy too.
The dessert spread looks very inviting but I was too full to try it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The buffet dinner spread is quite decent with pleasing tastes. Special mention for the Masala Kulcha which was "oh so delicate" and tasted creamy and the Pasta on which I binged way too much.
Definitely looking forward to my next stay and food experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Open round the clock, this cafe on the 6th floor of Swissotel Kolkata is quite charming. The decor is very vibrant and it's extremely spacious. The buffet spread, though not as varied as in other similar restaurants, is quite selective, combining a number of local and foreign cusines. The á la carte menu too is a combination of domestic and international items.
The portions served were decent except that tea was served in a mug! I feel that to savour a true Darjeeling brew, fine bone china is a must.
There is an outdoor section which is very beautifully decorated but the view from it overlooks the City Centre 2 mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fine dining establishment of the highest calibre, Cafe Swiss is a revelation. The buffet has a great selection, while the a-la-carte menu is a food lover's wet dream. The decor is simple, elegant, and suave - mirroring the quality of the food. The staff is courteous and professional. Overall, highly recommended, especially the dessert selection. Word of advice - do not miss out on the cheesecake! It's out of this world...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my 2nd visit to Swissotel and my first time in Swiss Cafe. The food, behaviour of the staff and the ambience was awesome. Dinesh was a terrific host and was super friendly. The food was exquisite. Everything from the starters to the salad to the tortilla to the pasta and then the dessert, everything was delicious. We had a great time and a wonderful experience.
