★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible cake, picked a birthday cake and turned out to be foul taste of pest control done and cake soaked the smell, went and gave it back as the staff wouldnt accept mistake. Tottally unprofessional staff and bad attitude. They can enjoy a paid cake as a gift.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop is pathetic. Do not order cakes from this shop. They have no sense of customer service. I had ordered customized pineapple flavour cake with decorations and they gave me plain cake with decorations which was very disappointing? The cake was not tasty either. Secondly when I called the owner and told abt the issues she was nicely taking her nap time and was yawning and speaking to me which shows lack of customer service sense and no professionalizam, Staff is also not so good.
I have still given one star as there is option of giving zero star or even half star which I would have given out of courtesy.
For me it was pathetic experience and I would never order cake from them again??

Taste. - too good n yummy
Presentation- excellent
Delivery - on time.
Special instruction- followed to the point.
Cost - Very Reasonable priced in comparison to other cake shops in kandivli east lokhandwala.
Order placing on phone facility - yes , available , n Mrs mukta, was very sweet in taking down every instruction n was courtesies.
