★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place very good for band practice. All those band groups out there, you can book your slots here for a time period for the practice. There are three rooms available. You can choose any one of them. The rate of the room will be charged on the hourly basis. They have got the speakers, connectors, drum set, mics, etc. Only you need to bring your extra instruments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good place for practice! There are various good guitar amps, a good drum kit in each room. The owner's behaviour is very polite and the rate for hours he charges not so high. Overall experience is nice.
