★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr Saptak is a very polite and helpful person, had my Hertz electric guitar which I purchased for my son today and he delivered it to my residence right on time his Guitar price is also less than other shops or online, highly recommend buying from Noise factory will be visiting the shop after a few months to buy a guitar for myself .

I recently bought an Audient ID4 interface from Noise Factory Music store . I was speaking to Saptak Dey II Saptak Dey personally. He told me he had some OLD STOCK or clearance stock so he was selling it off at a low price. But when i opened the box the usb cable was missing. I tried registering product and the serial no. was already used. So he lied about the product being old stock. He sent me a USED interface. When i confronted him he didn't deny it. He said he would arrange for a cable. But now he is asking me to either pick it up from his place or to pay 150 rs for home delivery. I was anyway looking for a used product and the fact that he lied about it being used tells me that there is something wrong with the product itself which does not meet the eye I guess.
At first he told me It would have warranty. Later he clarified he is giving me a retailer warranty for 6 months.
This is a complete sham.
I openly asked him to send a replacement (actually unused product as he had promised) or i would post about it, So here it is.
I am new in Kolkata so I did not know about him before, but on enquiry i found out he has scammed other people too.

If some one intended to buy any musical goods should certainly visit #thenoisefactory. Very much thankful to them for providing me my staffs and also on reasonable price renge... Looking forward to buy from them whenever i need something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst music shop I have ever encountered here in Kolkata. Please stay away from it ,owner is a fraud. Highly recommended not to buy anything from here. Don't ever fall for their wholesale price trick as they sell very very low quality and defective instruments.
