I visited with one of my friend to withdraw some amount, but unfortunately the for branch not updated his check book.so we decided to share our problem with Santacruz branch manager to come out with solutions. I explain him how standard chartered Bank help me in same problem , but in reply he answer me sir standard chartered Bank is an international bank but our bank can't help you. indirectly he guide us it's our fault that we open account in this bank. What a use of branches if a account holder not withdraw a amount from other branches when he is in need. Soon I vill close my family's 2 account from this bank.
