★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service when i am calling to this no (26262300) they wont pickup and when i visit to the bank they wont listen to the customer instead for any query they will provide me an email but what happen in email they wont respond everytime.....Rbi should seal this bank no customers are happy with this bank...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero customer interaction and retention skill. You will regret visiting the office as their solutions to your queries will sound impractical. They will make you write application letters or emails which would go unread. Another visit and process will be just Rinse and Repeat. Never take loan from sbi looking at their nominal interest rates. Your money will be saved but peace of mind will be at stake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have NRI home loan account with this branch and I will give 0 Star to this SBI branch. Be aware of this branch the bank officials who are working in this branch and RACPC will keep providing you wrong and misleading information to open an account and after you open an account they will forcefully deduct charges from your account without any prior intimation. In my case the bank official kept telling me from last 4-5 months that the charges will be reverted in 2 days, then 5 days then 1 week then in 15 days then 1 month, "Paisa abhi aaya hai account mein dalna hai" and after 4-5 months when they enjoyed their intensives for opening an account and interest now they are forwarding my complaint to internal departments stating the respective department has deducted money and not by branch. I have already completed more than a year following up on my issue with SBI nodal officer but they are still not able to figure out why they were kept providing wrong and misleading information. Please note the money is still getting deducted from my account. Please be aware of this Fraud and think twice before you open an account. Also find screenshots as proof of this fraud.

I meet Mr. Hatim shaikh for my Home loan. He helped me initial to final stage of my home loan. He explained each and every point about my home loan. Even during my loan sanction days he was presented with me and do my all paperwork self.
This my first experience in sbi. I want to say thanks to SBI (Branch: J. B. Nagar) for gaving good, knowledgeable, and skill person for my home loan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reason behind me giving a 5 star is not anything else but the accessibility to the AGM, the documentation panel and the maintenance team. I guess we don't know how to solve problems and who to go to for solutions in SBI. And to those who are in search for answers or solutions, please go to the AGM, he is genuinely the best man you could meet thefe. He is so down to the earth and calm. He is always willing to enhance your service experience. For maintenance team, do meet Bhagyalakshmi Ma'am, she is equivalently helpful.
