★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst branch.... In the cash counter the lady is so lazy that as soon as she saw 20rs and 50rs notes for cash deposit she gave reason that her server is down. So, we waited inside the bank than she knew we are not leaving the bank than she informed us to make 20rs notes set of 100 and 50rs notes set of 100....we had already made 50-50 bundle, but she refused to take and informed me to make 100-100 set. These kind of people should be made to count the notes with their bare hand...!!! She even informed security person to close the gate and the time was just 3pm. If these kind of employee is so lazy to work than government is doing good job by privatization. They should learn from private banks on how to work. Even this branch does not have Self Service Passbook Printer....!!! Matunga East branch of canara is far better as compared to this bank.
