Most people sitting outside which is a pathetic thing to do to even a random stranger.
Most employees including the manager are not wearing a mask and roaming around.
Cleanliness level is low too.
Worse: Because it was raining outside people sat inside and they were told to vacate it and sit outside (people who have travelled from villages to update their Aadhar- I had a chat with 65 y.o lady aswell who came from a nearby village and was told to sit outside)
The Aadhar uncle and the assistant were kind and funny :)
