★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cantonment Board General Hospital, formally named as Jagadish Chandra Bose General Hospital serves as the basic and primary health care center in Cantonment Area and its surroundings. Free treatment accompanied with free medicines are being provided to the local residents of this Cantonment. However patients have to pay a nominal amount for pathology and x-ray, ECG, USG etc. The hospital is one of the oldest hospitals established by the British during their tenure.

Anybody who has booked online can get vaccine, no Aadhar card Xerox copy required if booked online, just the registered phone number and booking SMS they see for confirmation. Very smooth experience.
