★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best eye care institute in Hooghly district is few mins walking distance from Seoraphuly Station serves thousands of persons effectively..on the ground floor there are counters and general waiting area..I like the place for its systematic approach..Doctors are also very good and well behaved..services are satisfactory

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The behaviour of the doctors and supporting stuff is nice. Situated near the railway station. If any one want they can go by walking or there are toto available near the station.
Reach 10 minutes before time to avoid the rush.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital has the best system of eye check up ,superior in the optic market .the town is famous because of this iconic hospital which serves ar a reasonable price,the staff at the enquiry section sometimes become rigid and more tough in atitude.else this hospital deserves A plus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Treatment is continue from last 8 months and still I have problem but now I missed my last appointment (23rd Mar'22) and the next appointment booked on 11th April'22 but as I have problem I want to visit chamber but they not agree with me and said visit another doctor. Also Customer Servise is worst.
And one more thing Doctor said come when you have emergency but counsellor not given me permission to come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many doctors are present and updated machines are installed for detection of the disease.
An inhouse medicine store and a spectacles store is there.
As there are five floors and only one lift so patients have to wait in queue to move.
Moreover some of the billing section staffs are not polite and act inhumane.
Location is good.
Prior appointment or emergency service both are provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since 12years we are being here but this time we got pathetic experience. Doctor came 1.5hours late and the authority kept us waiting without any intimation as to when my father will be treated. How could the authority think the patient party so insignificant that they couldn't bother to be serious about time management?
And the severe concern is a renowned doctor behaved so rude and told how dangerous the cataract operation after reaching grade 4 and hearing this my father's blood pressure reached to 160/80. Couldn't he be a little polite and courteous to inform me about the hazards? As I was present with my father.
Is expecting a little kind gesture from a renowned mature doctor too much a patient asks for?
