★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got result of my covid positive in 12 th september , i got admitted here in 14th September at 9.30 pm and my condition was very critical, i spend 10 days here in ICCU. Thanks to all doctors,nurses, medical stuffs, helpers,pharmacists with their enormous effort and care and continuous motivation help me to come back in normal life. I deeply acknowledge to all who are engaged with this esteemed organization.

Most disgusting hospital I have ever seen in my life. I had admitted my mother(82years) Serampore Sromojibi Hospital as per municipality's advice on 28th jan 2021. She was covid positive oxygen level 92-93. That's why I had admitted my mother.
They didnot allow phone. So we didn't get any information about my mother. Only doctors called us for 1-2mins. But not regularly. They treated my mother so badly. She have lots of blood marks on her hands(I have photos). I don't know where to complain against them as they are govt hospital. & we are common people.
If anyone reading this review please don't go this hospital. They are horrible. They didn't give any blood test reports of 10days(28.01.2021-06.02.2021) and didn't return our medicines(thyroid and pressure medicine) which we given to my mother on the admission time. Their management is soo poor. God never forgive them.

5 star for behaviour and interaction
4 star for cleanliness
5 star for charges and fees
I personally feel its better hospital from other government hospitals in nearby.
But one more thing its not suitable for highly critical patient because they had but slower process as compare to private hospitals
