★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No issue with doctor, nurses and the treatment itself. But the experience with front office including reception, admission, mediclaim is pathetic. The staff are ill behaved, rude and not co-operative at all. The lack proper grooming and etiquette to serve at desk management. The management should look after it seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's located near barackpore disha. It's known for cataract surgery. The place is located around 30 km from howrah. If you go by strand Road, you can avoid toll. If you cross nivedita setu, toll cost for rs 50 for the 4 wheelers.

Care, cleanliness, cost, accuracy, perfection-in all departments it's the best available option around this place!
I have the experience taking my mother (about 25 years back, in old establishment) and also both my parents-in-law (in 2008, 2009 in old establishment and just today in the new one) to Disha Eye Hospital.
I took my daughter 20 years back when she was a little one!
They all received excellent treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a great experience for my 6 year old and me. Just loved the pediatric ophthalmology section. It was very well decorated and kids would definitely love it! The treatment process was very smooth and Dr. Ipsita Basu is great with kids. I am glad I choose Disha for my kid's eye treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital is ideally located by the side of road with moderate parking space. Most of the eye operations are now undertaken here instead of Barrackpore. The waiting lounges in different floors are spacious enough to accommodate the patient parties. Overall behavior of the Dr.s' as well as supportive staff are good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this DISHA branch with my father . And had a full eye checkup , before that I have taken a appointment via phone . And I think that's good way, because if u go to directly without appointment then they will schedule in next half. All the check up went well within a time , everything was good ??.
