★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not the dealer showroom it's in Naihati they are just a branch of Naihati. Very poor service go to the main showroom in Naihati instead. ??
P.S- If you can't read the whole thing just keep in mind one thing while you buy your precious bike, which will stay with you for the next 10-15 years, from Ms bajaj Barrackpore; if some problem arises with the bike then you have to take it to there main branch in Naihati to get it resolved.
I bought bajaj platina on August last year, hardly 3-4 months had passed the self starter stopped functioning, therefore I went to the showroom from where I was said to visit the main showroom in Naihati. I went to Naihati and they told me there was some problem with the battery and they do need to change it as it was within the warranty I gave them a go ahead. I came home as there was no problem anymore, hardly 3-4 days had passed the problem started to show again, therefore I went to the Ms bajaj showroom in Barrackpore again, now they told me there is some problem with the armature and I have to go to Naihati to get it changed as they don't have the part here. I went to Naihati again and changed the Armature. Initially there was no problem but after 1week again there was problem with the self starter. Finally, I got tired and lost all hopes and also in that process the warranty got expired and thus the problem still exists till today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the first day of purchasing the bike I’m being harassed by the showroom regarding paperwork Poor service quality , poor customer dealing , unable to give GST Bill on bike service , I made a mistake of buying the bike from this showroom , every single time I’m regretting for that decision, , I strongly recommend not to purchase any bike from this showroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My personal experience is satisfactory from this Bajaj two wheeler showroom. Quatation/pricing (cash or finance) are lower than other authorised Bajaj dealer in my knowledge.
Staff's are polite, helpful and well mannered. They have authorised service centre beside their showroom and I got my first service around 4pm without any issues. I'm highly impressed for this co-operation. They are save my time and served fast.

Excellent showroom and very immediate delivery. Special mention to Miss Tiyasha and her team who helped me not only get the best quote for my previous bike but also got me the first f250 delivery in Barrackpore. They are the best bajaj showroom in terms of post sales and services in pan Bengal.
About bike:
It is a beast. It craves for more throttle. The lowest priced in 250 cc segment yet the powerful one. If you are fan of instant pickup then this is the bike to go for. Best for commuting no back pain, rider and pillion seat are very comfortable, front abs are painless, suspension is good and the look and feel of the bike is completely new. If you need commuter but with higher power this is the one, if you need more power in same 250 or 200 cc segment go for ktm, husqvarna Or pulsar RS or NS 200.
