★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience from here. Staffs are not compromising to customer. They are creating stupidity activities. After 3rd servicing the same problem has raised on very that day. After day of servicing when I came here they are not providing anything. Such a nonsense staff are there in these warehouse. They even dont know how to talk with a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satisfactory service, comfortable environment, nice management. I had ecu problem of engine malfunction light and abs light. Else I had problem in rev too. Every problem was meeted up satisfactorily. And, moreover economic billing, no extra charge, gst bill is provided. Waiting to get next service from Vishka Bajaj.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you love your bike, you should avoid this service center. Instead of solving problem they will create a new one for you. So, you will go to there service center again and again and they can do some billing against that.
They only know how to change the parts and grab money from customer's pocket. That also if they have parts available with them otherwise you have to just wait without any proper update. If you ask them they have only one answer "part is in transit and they also do not know when it will come".
So, think twice before going to this service center and don't make mistake like me. Most useless service center I have ever visited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This service centre is located at Ekford Road which is in between Khardah and Sodepur. This center has been relocated from it's earlier place at BT Road. It opens at 930AM and things starts rolling after some time. The process of getting job cards made is primitive with Service advisers manually nothing down all details of vehicle and ascertaining the actions to be taken. Though the Bajaj Care app accept booking for this service centre, yet it has got nothing to do with service centre as the customer has to again stand in que and repeat the same process manually.
I took my bike for First Free Service and I was told that the bike will be delivered by 12 noon as there is hardly any work to be undertaken.
The delivery time on the receipt was mentioned as well. But I kept on waiting till 2 PM and got my work done only when I took up the matter and protested for the delay!! It's such a horrible experience.
Further i fail to understand why the booking through Bajaj Care App is not utilised by the service centre!!! The app is specific about booking number, time of reporting and time required for service. If this was followed, there would be less trouble for the customers.
Hope my review will reach the Bajaj authority and steps would be taken to rectify this problems.
Of course, they do have a good waiting room for customers which is Air Conditioned where they can sit and wait indefinitely!!!!
I went for 2nd free service of my bike on 6th May 22. Everything went on very well. This time they serviced and handed over the bike to me within the specified time. The office staff and the servicing team was also very well mannered and they offered very good service. It was really a pleasure visiting this service centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First i think bajaj and there service center is very good but now I realised that it's India's most third class vehicle sold here,here all employees behaviour is so bad,they are don't slove your problem,they create your problem next time and hole life i never use bajaj any vehicle
