★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE HOTEL with no regard for cleanliness, ACs don't function properly and rooms are nothing like the pictures, not even all the wall sockets or lights function in the room. Do not choose a stay here, even the reception desk is rude and won't let you check in early some 30 minutes before, even if the rooms are vacant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist's behaviour was very rude and he acted as if he was giving rooms for free!!
Rooms were too much dirty - as spider webs were on the walls and windows, hair strands and food pieces were on the floor, bed sheet, pillow cover were not washed or cleaned, basin in the bathroom was broken, soap dispenser was broken too. There was no similarity between the photos of the rooms in the website with the actual rooms. I will never ever stay in Capital House in Patna and surely recommend my colleagues and friends not to visit this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Checked in late night and had to leave early morning next day. Hotel staff was very friendly and they made up with service where they lacked in infrastructure.
Looks wise its like a budget hotel, price more than its worth and competitors...
Mr pankaj from front desk was quite helpful and even arranged for late night dinner and early morning food parcel.
Check in and checkout were very smooth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service and attitude of reception staff. Breakfast was not fresh, sambar was stinking, rooms are too small and linen were looking shady, Too much overcharging @4000 per night. Mineral water is not provided in the room as complementary, only RO is available. Only body gel is available in washroom, no shops and other toiletries were available. Approach to location is also challenging due to too narrow road.

The rooms are soo dirty, even the bedsheet pillows covers are used ones, the walls are full of spider web, basin, soap dispenser are broken, not even the bathroom have been cleaned even the floor is not sweeped, its all full of hair everywhere. I wud have gvn 0 star if the option was available...they are charging Rs.2200+GST for standard room but the quality is not even worth of Rs.500.???????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hotel with one of the best service by their staff. Be it the housekeeping or receptionist, guards, restaurant staff anyone. Especially the restaurant is one of the best in terms of food, servicing and liveliness. There was a waitor Sushant, who attended to all our requests with positive smile. Quite a pleasant experience. It's on a busy road, but still some 200 mtrs away from main road. That helps in making the rooms noiseless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel manager is the worst person, they treat customer as they are give the rooms on free.
Not worth of the price, totally uncleaned rooms and AC wasn't working.
I have took 5 rooms in this hotel and that was my biggest regret. The managar was totally non cooperative.
Only they have good photos of other hotels' rooms and the original one are totally worst. Only they have good looking restaurant which is a bait for the customers, once you go in they will treat you as you are asking it in free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and good staffs. Clean room and bathroom. Complimentary breakfast was good and more than sufficient. Will stay again whenever visit Patna. Early checkin rate was almost 50% of the room charge which could be lower. Otherwise everything is good.
Good service and delicious coffee :)
