★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best hotels in Patna with reasonable room tariffs. Neat, clean and lovely ambience. Rooms are cozy and spacious. Towels and toiletries are provided. Centrally located on Fraser Road and is at walking distance to Gandhi Maidan and Maurya Lok. Has a dine-in restaurant, too serving very tasty food.
Pleasant place to stay in Patna on a budget. Staff are friendly and service is prompt.
Highly recommended.

Management is good. Whenever we asked for any service, they responded quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are not very good, it's ok ok. Problem with WiFi speed, if you want high speed internet then you have to Pay extra otherwise general speed is max 200 kb/s.
Food & Service is terrible.
One more important thing if you go out then they without your permission they open your room for Cleaning & other stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ginger hotel is situated at daak bangla cross road connectivity is awesome it's hardly far away from patna juction, it's next cross road if patna juction.
the hotel cleaning is good and food is also good but the service is not up to mark as per their charges
like for water you need to beg everytime and after ordering even plain water it's take 30 min to 45 min to provide.
basic hygiene kit is also a issue like comb, coffee saving kit you need to demand the. they would provide you.
i stay around 5 day and daily i need to demand for basic hygiene from them even for water.
over all good for food.

hospitable staff and good food
points of improvement-
Need to increase options in breakfast specially live counter.
A bit costly in comparison to Tier 1 city ginger hotels too can be due to less options of branded hotels in city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a pleasant stay. Location works out great as it is right at the heart of the city. Railway station is less than a kilometre away. Rooms are well maintained. In house restaurant et cetera is a great place to have business discussions while snacking. Lifts function well and are always available. There is a small gym too. Good for short business trips.
