★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional and very rude people..giving them even 1 start is like not suitable, make different promises at the time of selling voucher and behave very in appropriately post selling the voucher...when ever you will call them for pick up they will just refuse as well the guy attending calls for pick up is very rude and would never respond properly....they have a standard answer jisne becha hai usse kar lo baat humai kyu call kar rahe ho...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car AC Compressor was working, initially they told me we need replace Clutch Plates of Compressor and After two day they told me that my compressor is damaged and need to Change the Compressor, cost will be 18 to 20000 rs
I went noida, a road side AC Mechanic repaired my AC, And charged me only RS 500, Now My Car AC is working fine
Suggest you not to go there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicing was ok... Not very good not v ry bad... But whole idea behind posting this comment was to tell them about there feedback lady.
She called me and asked about feedback. I told her that wiper blades of my car are not properly fitted and needs to be fix.
She disconnected after I asked the location of the service station as I am new things the place and my car was picked up and dropped off at the time of service.
That was kinda rude..

Took my car to them for Paint job and AC repair.
1) The paint job was so bad that i can see the paint drip lines on my bonnet. Asked them to re-do it and even in the second attempt it was not professional work. Now you can run your hand on the panels they have painted and you can feel it's grainy like a sandpaper..they did't even care to rub n polish that.
I trust that folks in noida 16 can do a better job on the roadside.
2) They replaced the AC pipe in the car, and then it hit lockdown so car has been parked all the time since last 1 1/2 months. Last week i took it to noida for vaccination and saw the front passenger floor flooded with water.
So much was the negligence that they did't connect the outlet and the water was dripping on the floor.
Will not recommend them to anyone.
Thought they did a drive in my society (silver city -2)w here the sold coupons worth 1000 for discounts on service and other work, i will be happy to write that money off and stay away from them.
