★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 0 stars if I had the option. I chose a specific tile and ordered. But they delivered another shade and then did not even listen to me that the tile they sent was the wrong one. They were very rude and unprofessional in handling the situation and refused to listen to what the customer has to say. They believe in zero customer service and satisfaction. Beware of buying from his place as this can happen with others, so a word of caution.
