★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude nature with customer. i ordered tiles n he committed to deliver in 2 days but not delivered yet. when i asked to cancel my ordered and refund my payment then he started anger behavior it's not possible n bla bla....... .. ... .I regretfully suggest please don't go at this show room. he never delivered ordered on time. All staff are unprofessional and uneducated and none of them will never give status of ordered except owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After meeting in-person I realised their was some mis happening in his family ( reason for not updating customer ), the clash was No comunication, had he asked some employee to atleast update us about the situation we could have waited. Life is precious, I wish Mr Kasana to maturely handel the situation still. Payment from bank has already been released as on 4th Jun2020 Thursday.
Also I met some very gud senior person (don't know the name) who realised and helped us resolve the situation. Cheers to the man that's called customer dealing. He's the reason that changed my mind to re-write this post.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner sitting at the front desk is a nerd and don't have manners to deal with customers. 10 to 15 days of delay in order delivery, amature owner and weird staff/salesman. Poor quality standards and charge higher price ,never ever visit to this store ,choose kajaria noida showroom instead. R .K Enterprises is the worst experience i v ever had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service and products. Please do not purchase from this store. MR Anoop(owner) is highly unprofessional nerd and don't have manners to deal with customers. Very rude nature with customer.
Got tiles after 1 week and that too broken and incorrect colour which this store refused to return.
Not sure, if Kajaria looks all these aspects before handing over such such a renowned brand in such rough hands.
I suggest Kazaria to withdraw dealership from r k enterprise as they are ruining Kazaria's name.
I am not going to buy again from this store. Will buy local instead of buying from this store.
All the positive reviews are given by their known persons only. If you notice all positive feedbacks are given by shops in the same area so don't believe in positive feedbacks.
