I bought small item but felt cheated with amount quoted, discount given etc. Completely confused with their pricing. Be careful with figures if you are buying from Caratlane. Looked like they believe in doing business by confusing customers. Just a precautionary msg. You can ignore as there are several positive reviews which made me believe them in the first place. Be very careful. They just cannot be Tatas by just partnering with Tanishq. Not happy at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The designs are quite limited and mostly around the lower cost pieces that have little diamond or smaller stones.
We couldn't find many of the designs that we saw online.
Also, with crowds we had like one sales person working with two customers which wasn't a good solution.
