★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular purchaser of jewellery having 3 ladies in my house..But I have never had as worst experience as here with Orra. The staff is absolutely useless and ignorant. The manager is also highly inefficient. They seem to have opened a shop to just loot people. Please purchase at your own risk. May be the brand is good. But they are definitely not selling pure gold and diamond. They will confidently ask u to send mail if not satisfied. But the funniest part they will never reply to the mail. There are better options around Kormangala area. Please save yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service, if you ask for any customisation they take forever to do that and they will tell they have to send it to Mumbai. I guess they should close their store here in BLR and let Mumbai store run the business. Even their exchange policies are horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The product I brought from them was for my mom, they were gold bangles. A few spots developed on them after a week from purchasing. We have given it to them 4 times for getting it rectified and still it was just the same. The manager was shameless enough to say that how does such spots make any difference, you can anyway use it like this. And till today it's been 8 months and they have it. Whatever options they're giving is all in their favour. It's a complete win loss situation. They just care about their own pocket. The warranty they offered while purchasing was just name sake. The manager tells to speak to head office and the head office asks to discuss it out with the branch manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really liked their diamond collection of earrings, finger rings, necklaces and all but one doubt I have is about their discount offers going on.
I have a feeling prices are being marked up to give discount of upto 25% and bring the selling price back to original. Tag prices were same or even lower than the current selling price after discount.

Bought a ring from them. They asked to pay 50% advance and by the time I came to collect it they increased the weight of the ring and hence prices by 25%.
Nobody cared to inform about the change and then they forced us to take the ring since we had paid the advance.
The store manager didn't care to address the issue on request.
Was planning to do more shopping from them but post this experience, will buy from a professional jewellery store, and not fraud place like orra.
