★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful staff helped me to the highest level i could expect. Had visited my home branch at Koramangla had a injury in my leg was using crutch to walk around the staff politely helped me deposit some cash without any hassle to be faced, Thank you for such great service. Even the security at the entry also helped me climb up and down the stairs, thank you all ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know why people are giving feedback about Aadhaar , as that is an extra service bank is providing for free to public and the people incharge are not bank employees.
I have account with the bank for more than 10 yrs now.
Pros : Customer service is good and friendly , though we get to see that staffs keeps changing often. Not too crowded as other banks. And the best part is , Kotak bank itself , giving good interest rate and their website.
Cons : Place is small , difficult parking, employees keep changing and sometimes the staffs won't have all the info asked due to their inexperience.
Still i am proud that being an Indian private bank , it is at par with many foreign banks in india..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really poor service the staff does not their own company policies and starts arguing instead of finding solutions, they keep misguiding all the time.
The branch deputy manager Bikash Satapathy, tries to blame customers instead of correcting employees mistake and instead of finding solutions keeps pitching in unusual and uneeded sales
After this experience will never even open any account any another account in kotak seeing the customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. Never open an account with them seeing their initial friendly behaviour. You will really have hard time. It's been months that I'm running behind them to get my current account closed. It's been handled by 2 people called sonal and ruksana. They don't even give any response. Also the bank we're adding fake charges saying it's payment gateway charges and all when I didn't even use it. Even to sort that out I had to runs behind them for ages.. their customer support also doesn't give any response.
