★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a bank which can't provide a netbanking facility for part pre payment. This shows that motive of the bank is not for customer welfare but just to encourage people to have a debt ridden life. If you have to make part pre payment then you have to walk into a particular branch and make payment. Is this digital India?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will literally make you wait even though they were free.I had come to update my pass book I was told to come back again as it will take some time.. but my question is when there are no next customer in the queue and I am ok to wait.why are they not willing to do the update?
The best services is in Koramangala 7block ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week I was in HDFC Bank, Koramangala to get account statement. I took more than an hour to get it. I was supposed be a previlaged customer, but the service was pathetic. Employees seem to be generally indifferent to the presence of a customer. Terrible experience. Hope, I don't need to visit again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am the customer of HDFC since 2006. But stilll I have a refund expected for one of the failed transaction at the ATM. It is 6 months old transaction and even today with multiple escalation, there is no guarantee that I get my money back. I don't recommend this bank to anybody.. a big cheater.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hv opened my account before 3 months they did not sent the debit card with the kit then told me to can take from any branch after going branch come to know call on cust service it is also useless , even there is no option for new user reg debit card on their site BAD EXPERIENCE I have acoount of other banks also but did not face this type issue

He knows better than you what is best for you doesn’t like to be corrected and feels listening to you is a waste of his time, he will generously interrupt you and finish your sentences. Oh yes, his IT systems don’t always work so he can offer you no service. I feel like an idiot for banking with you HDFC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perhaps the most pathetic bank ever! Their phone banking is lousy, there is no human interface at all, they don't care if your issue is resolved or not, their net banking will ive you the worst experience ever, no matter how many complaints you send them through their emailing interface, they will never respond.
You can sed an email to the Nodal officer, long as you neither expect a response or a solution.
Finally, you would think walking into their branch will help, but once you are there, you realize expect the branch manager, everyone is incapable of handling anything, sad to see they have ample staff but only the branch manager is qualified, others are just show pieces and nothing more.
Sincere advice, if you're planning to open an HDFC account, think a zillion times and eventually opt for any other option you have!
Over-all experience, HORRIBLE, NIGHTMARISH!
