★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been a very disappointing experience with the Care Health Team. I have been trying to renew my policy since 14th March and it has not been completed yet due to the issues with the customer service team. Everytime I am calling customer support, I am getting a new link with a different Policy Amount. I have provided all the details for the update of my policy to care plus with addition of my spouse with maternity benefits. However, since 14th March, the link provided are not working and first time I received a link of INR 15593 (it didn't work), then again I got the same error message for the second time with another link of 15593. After that I called again and I was provided with a link of INR 7983 (my previous policy without add ons). That link I checked and called the customer care 4th time, then I was told that my NCD form is not filled (which was not provided to me). Third time I received an INR 16414 link as the customer executive told me that discount is not applicable. I tried to make payment but the link again didn't work.
I am now tired of the system of Care Health.
