★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aviva ranks worst in terms of customer service. They are least bothered about your policy once they have acquired you as a customer. For everything you will have to chase them to get the info out. Tried paying premium by app found out there is a technical glitch there as informed by their staff. Tried site says password reset li k expired try again. Have tried min 20 times after that still giving same warning. Once in the past I called them stating I want to do a top up. Branch guy responded sir can you come down or pay via site. That is when I decided to just sit on this policy and make investment with another firm.
