★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on my experience with ManipalCigna, I must say that it is the worst health insurance service provider. I am being asked to submit same documents again and again. It has been 42 days since the first submission of claim documents. Seems like they don’t want to process the claim and doing it to save claim money.
