★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can understand their philosophy by seeing their claim settlement ratio. Only 84%. They won't settle your claim even after six months and only raise issue after after so many months and day passes. I was also intended to take full fledged mediclaim policy for my family but now I have changed my mind. Because I had a very bitter expereince after taking corona kavach policy.I just only claim pre & post hospitalisation expenses and claim expenses of home quarantine of my spouse and and son as we all got affected with Corona. But after six months of continue mail now I have to approach Ombudsman as they clearly denied my claim. Only giving idiotic logic for not making claim. For 9 months policy I have paid around Rs.6000 premium but they treat inhumanly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are loyal at the time of policy taking, than company will be loyal at the time of claim. No issue in claim, very smooth. Got cashless approval within 20 min.
