★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I visited Care Taker with servicing and repair work done. Here is the list of issues I have faced
1. At Morning 8 AM I have handed over my car to representative and asked him to drop me to my work place, first of all they refused and then after many requests they dropped half way and rest half way I managed myself.
2. In last service I reported noise in the shockers and they said it will be taken care of next service and they had made a note of it but this service it has not been fixed. I was in impression that they will tally the old record and fix it automatically. The noise is really annoying and can be noticed even turning the stearing once. Since they drove the car from parking to service station and also taken for the wheel allignment and they have noticed it, this is really not expected from professionals.
To me the overall experience is very disappointing. I will never recommend them.
